Jaynea Milhouse, MSW, is a mental health therapist, educator, speaker, model, and dancer. She is better known as Tru, Coach Tru. She currently serves the world with her creative arts approach to alternative therapies as her Tru and authentic self.
She is a certified life coach, providing services for mental health wellness. Coach Tru is a certified Hatha Yoga Instructor and Mindfulness Meditation Guide. She provides offerings and group workshops leading to internal peace, calm and clarity.
